The following stipulations establish the general conditions of sale of products offered on the website www.iq-shopping.com The validation of any order is preceded by the distribution to the buyer of these terms of sale and conditioned by their express acceptance by the purchaser.
1. OBJECT
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to distance sales between: Beautytherm the company recorded SAS RCS 809 317 688 (hereinafter referred to as "Beautytherm") and the Internet consumer purchaser ( -after referred to as the "Purchaser"), on the website www.iq-shopping.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
Beauthyterm and the Buyer are hereinafter together the "Parties".
2. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
These Terms, the order confirmation email and invoice are the entire existing contractual documents between the Parties.
3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS
Beauthyterm inform the Buyer of the essential characteristics of the products offered on the website through fact sheets.
Buyer is advised to read the data sheets for each product. The photographs showing the products are only indicative.
4. ORDER
The Buyer shall select the products they wish to buy on the site IQ-Shopping.com, by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Through this operation, the selected product is added into the basket of the Buyer.
Each new element added to the basket will be indicated to him by the update thereof.
At any time, Buyer may:
- Obtain a summary of the products he has selected by clicking on "View Cart" to the right of the screen;
- Continue its product selection by clicking in the left or the search box menu;
- Change order quantities on the summary of selected products by clicking on the "View Cart" and by indicating the required quantities in the input box
- Remove certain products by clicking on the "View Cart" and then selecting the products they wish to remove and clicking the button to the right of the basket;
- Complete its product selection and order these products by selecting delivery methods and payment selected and clicking on the "Regulation".
To confirm the order, the Buyer must identify themselves by creating an account on the Website. It must accurately complete the form available to him, on which he will notably include the information necessary for identification, including your full name, mailing address and email address.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

6. Prices
The prices displayed on the Website are in euros, excluding postage and packaging.
6.1. Taxes
For orders delivered in metropolitan France, prices include all taxes.
For orders delivered in a country other than France, the Buyer is the importer of the products concerned. As a result, prices are excluding taxes. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties may be payable.
These duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser and are the sole responsibility both in terms of statements and payments to the authorities and / or agencies.
6.2. Costs of preparing, packaging and transport

7. PAYMENT

8. DELIVERY
If the product is unavailable or if the delivery can not be respected by Beauthyterm, Buyer will be notified at the earliest and may either accept an additional delay or cancel the order and request a refund.
Upon delivery, the selected item will be accompanied by his entire descriptive documentation.
Transportation and delivery of goods are carried by the carrier chosen by the buyer at the time of confirming the order: currently only La Poste.
The order is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the online order form provided it is within the permitted delivery areas. The Buyer shall ensure that packages can reach their destination without difficulty during delivery by mentioning all the information necessary for the proper delivery of parcels in the online order form.
In the absence of the recipient of the order at delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card which will include details allowing the recipient to visit the place of storage of the package (the nearest post office France). The recipient of the order has a period of 15 days following the first delivery attempt to remove his parcel in the manner indicated on the calling card.
After this period, the product or products will be automatically referred to Beauthyterm. Beauthyterm eventually will contact the Buyer to define the conditions of a possible redirection. Processing this new delivery costs, a lump sum of ten (10) euros, will then be charged to the Buyer.
Beauthyterm can not be held responsible for any malfunction of the Post delivery services.
Upon delivery, the recipient must check the general appearance of the packaging of the product delivered and its content. In case of incomplete or non-compliant delivery, loss or damage, the recipient must make specific and detailed reservations on the delivery note and confirm them by registered mail with return receipt. This letter must be sent within three (3) days, excluding holidays, from the delivery of products. Beauthyterm not be held liable for the loss or damage of packages once signed the delivery note.
9. DELIVERY
In metropolitan France delivery times are to be considered at the date of shipment of orders Beauthyterm or up to 48 hours for orders validated during business hours and before 12 am and until 72 for orders placed outside business hours or after 12pm and subject to product availability time specified on the website.
Delivery times are counted in working days.
Beauthyterm may be loosed in whole or part of his obligations by the occurrence of fortuitous events or force majeure preventing the execution of its obligations. All claims must be received within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery of the order.

10. TIME OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Purchaser has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the order.
The Product must be returned in perfect re-marketing in their complete original packaging (packaging, boxes, sleeves, tips booklets, cardboards ...), to the following address: 15 route de Tours 37140 Restigné.
The costs arising from the return of this command are fully borne by the Buyer.
The products that may be subject of a return are only those that can be re-marketed, ie unopened. Textiles have been unpacked will not be accepted for reasons of health and life.

The costs and risks associated with returning the product (s) shall be borne by the Buyer.
Beauthyterm accordingly encourages the Buyer to subscribe to his insurance carrier to breakage / theft / loss, covering the market value of returned products and to send products returned by registered parcel.
At the end of the period fourteen (14) days from delivery of products, they will be deemed to comply with the order and accepted by the Buyer. No refunds will be possible under the right of withdrawal.
11. EXCHANGE
The products that can be exchanged are only those that can be re-marketed, ie unopened. Textiles have been unpacked will not be accepted for reasons of health and life.
The exchanges relate only to sales made in France (delivery address as proof).
Any request for exchange or refund is subject to acceptance of Beauthyterm customer service.
The products traded must be accompanied by a return number available ONLY from the customer service Beauthyterm, mentioning the desired products in exchange, references, and a check of the amount of postage six (6) euros. The redirection period is thirty (30) days.
The following procedure should be respected. Otherwise the package will be refused.
- Buyer must contact Beauthyterm Customer Service to obtain a return number and confirm the exchange
- The Purchaser has, after obtaining the return number seven (7) business days to return the parcel (date of the postmark). After this time, the parcel will be refused by Beauthyterm.
- The Buyer must ensure the package carefully protect the original packaging and above all do not write on it.
- The Buyer shall ensure return all the original product.
- The return of goods will be accepted if the original packaging has been unsealed, opened, torn, marked.
- Buyer must join with his package the return number and a simple letter containing its exact coordinates and order number.

If a product returned in a different state from the initial state, Beauthyterm reserves the right to charge the Buyer the costs of a product repackaging
12. WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Beauthyterm agrees to change any item recognized unfit for normal use during the legal warranty period, in accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code.
Any return can be accepted only after a written agreement Beauthyterm.
Shipping costs of sending products to Beauthyterm will be borne by the Buyer.
Any alteration of the product linked to abnormal use of it by negligence or fault of the Buyer or normal wear and tear is not included in the warranty.
13. RESPONSIBILITIES
Beauthyterm draws the attention of the Buyer on the importance of respect cons indications to the use of Cometo-textiles, particularly for pregnant or nursing women or people allergic to any component.
Concerning allergens that may be present in products offered on the website, they are available on request from Customer Services.
Because of the variety of uses and conditions of use of the products mentioned on the website, the Buyer must ensure that they are suitable for their intended use, and under his responsibility.
No responsibility Beauthyterm, a person related to the Beauthyterm company and / or website will be retained in case of non-compliance with these cons-indications and allergies can provide.
Moreover, Beauthyterm assumes no obligation of results in meeting the objectives of thinning.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

16. NON PARTIAL VALIDATION

17. COMPETENT JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
